Surface preparation
The most crucial step in any coating process is surface preparation. Through media blasting and our pre-treatment wash system we ensure your parts surface is free of debris, oil and previous coatings.
Production scale coating
With our conveyor line we are able to process over 1,000 parts per day. Large orders are our specialty. No matter your industry bring us your parts and be amazed by our turnaround time.
One-off custom coating
Have a custom chassis, roll cage or railings that need coating? With our large batch oven we are capable of coating parts that are up to 16 feet long. Our Lead Powder Coater loves specialty work. Let’s see those cool projects!
